This mask is made of hard plastic and hand painted with acrylic paints. The eyes are painted with bright luminiscent paint. They glow in the dark. For the best glow effect, the eyes should be charged with a WARM light bulb. Also, luminous paint can be charged by sunlight and high temperature.
